IFFAAH FASHION is an ecommerce storefront for modest fashion and everyday wear based in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Website.

Customer accounts on the Website are created through Google sign-in only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms.
  • You may update your profile details through your account page on the Website.

3. Products and Pricing

The Website offers modest clothing, abayas, everyday wear, accessories, and related fashion products in Bangladesh. All product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

  • We strive to display product colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. Actual product colours may vary depending on your device screen.
  • Prices, product availability, and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice.
  • The price charged for an order is the price in effect at the time you place your order.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may not exactly represent the delivered item.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an order through the Website is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock or pricing information is incorrect.

  • Orders are confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.
  • Payment is by cash on delivery (COD) in Bangladesh. You pay for your order when it is delivered to you.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above ৳1,000. Orders at or below ৳1,000 may incur a shipping charge shown at checkout.
  • You can view your order history and track orders through your account at /my-orders.
  • We do not store your payment card details; cash on delivery means no card payment is collected online.

5. Delivery

We deliver orders within Bangladesh. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, product availability, and courier schedules.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, holidays, courier issues, or local restrictions.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Incorrect address details may delay or prevent delivery.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you using the phone number or email associated with your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order number and photographs of the item.

  • Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Each return request is assessed individually. We will notify you whether your return is approved after review.
  • If a return is approved, refunds are processed according to the original payment method applicable to cash on delivery orders, typically as store credit or a re-delivery arrangement, as agreed with you.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind unless specifically agreed with our support team.
